- Ph.D. degree in either High Voltage Physics, High Voltage Engineering, Theoretical Physics, Theoretical Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering
- 3 years or more of relevant experience as an R & D scientist or similar role.
- Successful track record demonstrated on electrical, thermal, and/or mass- & charge transport simulations in material e.g., using Finite Element Method (FEM), Density Functional Theory (DFT) and/or Molecular Dynamics (MD).
- Excellent skills and extensive experience with commercial numerical software, i.e., ANSYS Fluent and/or COMSOL Multiphysics, MATLAB etc.
- Fluency in English, verbal and written
- Supervisory Experience
- Experience managing large EPC projects
- Experience with cost estimating, scheduling, and customer interfacing
- Understanding of prime contract and subcontract language
- EPC experience in Solar, Wind, BESS, conventional power or industrial project
- 8+ years relevant work experience in power systems, wind farms, solar PV farms, energy storage or consulting engineering in similar industriesBS, or MS within Electrical Engineering engaged in lifelong learning to maintain knowledge of contemporary issues.
- 2+ years’ experience leading a team of design professionals in a consulting engineering environment
- capability to effectively communicate with employees, clients, and business partners to create a clear and mutual understanding on common goals, directives and expectations.
- Demonstrates the understanding ofGreenera Energy’s operations and functions, as well as the industry and competitive environment in which it operates to make effective business decisions.
